Homecoming 2009: Oct. 2-4 (Includes Reunions for Classes ending in 4 or 9)

Visit the Capital District during its finest time of year, and enjoy sporting events, special interest gatherings, and traditional class Reunion activities.

A fall Reunion takes place on a campus alive with students and faculty, so you will experience a vibrant, energetic Rensselaer. The fall of 2009 is especially exciting, with the opening of the new Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center, and of the East Campus Athletics Village, including a beautiful new stadium for football. In addition, two new hotels are being built close to campus that will accommodate Homecoming and Reunion guests.

In the fall, special interest groups (student clubs, athletic alumni, etc.) return to campus as well as those celebrating class milestones. The more people who return, the more fun the weekend is, so this combination of Reunion, traditional Homecoming activities, and affinity gatherings, is a guaranteed great time you won’t want to miss – for alumni of ALL ages!

Contact Reunion Director Kathy Kinsey at kinsek@rpi.edu if you want to get involved in your class Reunion, or Peter Pedone at pedonp@rpi.edu if you have questions regarding Homecoming.

Click here to visit the Homecoming Web page.
