Tour of the Tres Rios Constructed Wetlands Demonstration Project
Saturday, June 23, 2007, at 9:30 a.m.
The Tres Rios Project is a government funded experiment to build a wetland near the confluence of the Salt, Agua Fria and Gila Rivers. The wetlands provide an effective and natural way to treat water while creating a habitat for native species of the Sonoran desert.
On June 23, 9 alumni, family, and friends of Rensselaer enjoyed an inside look at the Tres Rios Project.
