Room Descriptions

Great Room
The Great Room is located on the Main Level with two operational fireplaces, a cathedral ceiling, and leather furniture.  This room may be used for stand-up receptions of 150-200 people.		 Great Room
   
Alumni Conference Center
The Alumni Conference Center, formerly known as the Rathskeller, can be used for large group meetings or luncheons and dinners of up to 150.  The Alumni Conference Center is equipped with an operational fireplace and a house sound system.		 Alumni Conference Center
   
Dining Room -
The Dining Room serves as a multi-purpose room.  It can handle meetings for groups of 12 to 35, lectures and presentations for groups of up to 75 and luncheons and dinners for up to 42.		 Dining Room
   
Meeting Rooms -
There are two meeting rooms, both of equal size.  These rooms are used for formal meetings for groups of 12 or less.  Each room is equipped with a conference table and 12 chairs and a utility table.		 Meeting Room
   

Atrium
The Atrium runs the length of the Great Room and is also known as the Sun Space.  It is used for informal discussions and at times for luncheons and dinners of less than 35.

Library
The Library serves as a workspace for guests to the Heffner Alumni House.  Guests may peruse the yearbooks, alumni-authored books, or other materials on the shelves, make local and campus telephone calls, or hold informal small group discussions.
