What to Expect
Potential members to Red & White will be asked to fill out an application.
All applications will be reviewed by the recruitment committee which
is made up of members of the organization. Those with a positive application
that represent their excitement and desire to be part of the organization
will be asked to interview with two members of the recruitment committee.
Following the interview you will be notified of your acceptance into
the organization.

Expectations
- Good communication skills
- Informed about campus history and current events
- Positive representation of RPI at campus and regional events
- Participation in monthly meetings (4-5 meetings per semester)
- Be an active member with the organization
Responsibilities
- Networking with alumni
- Conducting campus tours for alumni
- Volunteering for special projects and initiatives
